Application:
The sand and dust test chamber is simulates the destructive nature of the natural sand-sand climate and is suitable for testing the shell sealing performance of the product. It is mainly used for the tests of IP5X and IP6X specified in the enclosure protection level standard.

Vacuum works principle:
The sample and the suction pipe connected to start the vacuum pump, adjust the manual valve required flow, the sample air through the suction pipe into the filter. (Filter can be removed blown impurities), filtered clean air by the pressure gauge, flow meter, discharged by the vacuum pump.
Precautions for use:
1 Before starting the test, please pay attention to the power supply, and then set the test parameters.
2 During the test, it is forbidden to open the door to avoid dust pollution in the laboratory.
3 After the test is over, please let it stand for 10-15 minutes to deposit a large amount of dust before opening the door.
